This article is to report 13 patients of Crohn´s disease experienced at Chon-nam University.
hospital, 17 Army hospital, Kwangju Christian hospital. The pathologic lesions were located in the
terminal ileum, upper jejunum, middle portion of ileum, and including cecum.
Eight cases of male and five cases of female were affected. The male and female ratio was 3 to 2.
This patients were surgically treated which showed relatively good prognosis in follow up studies.
